Preparation
- Peel and chop the shallot.
- Peel and grate the carrot. Heat the oil in a pan, brown the shallot and carrot then add the bean sprouts. Lightly salt and pepper, add the crab meat and cook for 10 minutes. There should be no more liquid left.
- Cut the pastry sheets in half. Spread a little preparation on each half leaf, sprinkle with cilantro, fold the sides over the stuffing then roll the half leaf from the bottom to form rolls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Serve them with lemon juice.
