Preparation
- If necessary, cut the slices of salmon into a rectangle. To book.
- Crumble the crab meat in a bowl and add the cream cheese.
- Mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- Spread the preparation on the slices of salmon, covering the entire surface well. On one of the two ends, place a few leaves of Young Shoots, then roll so that the Young Shoots are found in the center of the roll.
- Serve on a bed of Bonduelle Young Pousses, sprinkle with chopped chives and a little pepper and vinaigrette.
