4 trouts (cleaned by the fishmonger)

1 lemon

1 glass of dry white wine

1 can crab (200 grams)

1 red onion, finely chopped

20 grams of soft butter

1 egg, beaten

handful of fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs/breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients for the filling together until smooth. Sprinkle the insides of the trout with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with some fresh lemon juice and rub with mustard. Fill each cavity with ¼ of the filling.
Grease the bottom of a roasting pan well with butter. Place the trout side by side, stuffing side down. Pour in the white wine and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
To serve
Carefully transfer the fish onto 4 large flat plates. Delicious with carrots and baked potato!
