Preparation
- Drain the crab meat. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into cubes, put it in a salad bowl and sprinkle it with lemon juice.
- Salt and pepper lightly.
- Finely slice the stalk of celery.
- Add the crab meat, chopped parsley, gently mix everything.
