Preparation
- Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the stem of the lemongrass, remove the outer leaves of the bulb, cut the base and cut half into thin slices. Heat the oil in a casserole dish. Sauté the garlic cloves with the ginger and lemongrass slices for a few minutes.
- Pour 1.2 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli, cook for 4 min. Add the coconut milk and the drained crab crumbs. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
