The days are getting longer and spring is finally in sight after a very long winter. Now only the temperature has risen a bit and then you can exercise outside again. Do you go running or mountain biking? Or are you getting the inline skates from the attic again? We have listed some tips for you!
To run
The great advantage of running is that you can do it anytime, anywhere. And not unimportant, when it suits you. Cycling

Mountain biking

Roller skating
