Mustard is made from ground mustard seeds, vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Using a lot of mustard is not recommended because of the sugar and salt. However, it’s more about the foods you use the mustard with than the mustard itself. When you opt for healthy products, there is nothing wrong with adding mustard every now and then as a seasoning.
