Published in the Spanish daily El Païs, the doctor in charge of the study explains: “it increases HDL (good cholesterol), is involved in the oxidation of bad cholesterol, has an anti-inflammatory effect, improves glucose metabolism and positively influences coagulation “.
He continues “if your diet includes all the elements to be balanced, with the addition of a few small amounts of beer, it is true that there is a lower prevalence of depression, cardiovascular problems, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and certain types of cancer… “argues the doctor.
