Between the end of the holidays, the return to the office, the return of the children and the grayness of September, there is something to feel (a little) depressed … Against this temporary “blow of blues”, we appeal to techniques natural and alternative medicine!
How to put an end to the blues of back to school?
First, we (re) put ourselves in sport. Because physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins in the body: these “happiness hormones” drive away sadness, give energy and restore motivation. We choose (of course) a sport adapted to our physical condition to avoid injuries.
Deuzio, we adopt a balanced diet. Because it is proven: foods that are too fatty and / or too sweet have a negative influence on mood and emotions – which promotes depression! On the menu: healthy, seasonal products, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to boost body and mind …
Third, we give each other small pleasures reminiscent of the holidays: a self-massage, a beauty salon, a walk in the park, a window shopping session, a good movie with friends or family … In short, we prolong the well-being of summer, despite the start of the school year!
