With a record of 20,000 Quebecers living with AIDS this year and two new cases detected every day in Quebec, the disease does not seem to be losing ground. The Ministry of Health is therefore launching a new campaign in 2012, as part of World AIDS Day, entitled: “Objective Zero: Zero transmission, Zero prejudice, Zero death”.
