300 grams of boiled potatoes

150 grams mushrooms, cut into pieces

150 grams roasted bell pepper, in strips

1 spring onion, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

100 grams of ham cubes

2 cubes of semi-skimmed butter

splash of milk

Provencal herbs

Preparation
- Mash the boiled potatoes into a puree along with a small splash of milk. Keep these warm.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms in it first. Add the ham cubes and let them fry for 2 minutes. Then add the spring onions and bell pepper. Bake it for another 2 to 3 minutes. Season them.
- Add the two knobs of butter and let it melt. Add the vegetable mixture to the puree and mix well.
Tip: For the vegetarian version, omit the ham cubes and replace it with another vegetable such as leek!
