To do at home
First, make yourself comfortable with your head and back straight. Eyes open, inhale deeply, while grimacing. Then, closing your eyes, breathe: free yourself from all tension, relax the muscles of your face. For a few seconds, breathe by inflating the belly and concentrate on the regularity of this rhythm.
Open your eyes. Inhale again and this time clench your fists tightly. Close your eyes. As you exhale, relax and let the muscles in your arms and hands relax.
Breathe and become aware of the movement of the air in your lungs. One last time, inhale and straighten your legs. Letting the air escape, relax the muscles of the thighs and legs, down to the feet. Finally, remember a good time. Then stretch and open your eyes.

In the posture of your choice (sitting, lying down or standing), the sophrologist helps you release muscle tension in your body through different breathing techniques.
