As a warm-up, the coach proposes to do a series of 5 squats by tightening the stomach well, while taking the time to breathe so as not to collapse on the sofa. The following exercise consists of working the inner thighs (therefore the adductors) with the sofa cushions.
The third exercise allows you to work the glutes and thighs by doing lunges, with your foot resting on the sofa. Last and fourth exercise: we work the calves by chaining the sitting-standing positions in front of the sofa.
The more you progress in your training, the more you can repeat this circuit training a certain number of times. With the aim of tapered and muscular legs! During the day, also consider climbing the stairs rather than taking the elevator.
