Exercise is – they say – healthy. We take for granted that sports injuries alone cost us more than half a billion a year in medical care. Laughter is good for the mind, but we don’t know any programs for that. Where we do know a program for that is singing and that is also good for our well-being; we use it to make substances that make us feel better.
