A nice piece of salmon is always good on the table. Try this special curry with salmon fillet and chickpeas and peas.
Ingredients

200 grams chickpeas (can or jar), rinsed

200 grams green peas (tin or jar), rinsed

Olive oil

1 onion, chopped

1 bag wok vegetables (400 grams)

1 jar of mild curry sauce

300 grams of salmon fillet

1 small can of pineapple chunks in juice

1 sprig of coriander

4 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Pepper and salt
Preparation
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion. Add the vegetables and let them cook for a while, then add the curry sauce and chickpeas. Divide the salmon fillet into four pieces and place in the sauce, let it cook slowly. Finally, add the pineapple pieces with juice and the green peas and let them cook for a while. Serve the curry with some coriander and a spoonful of Greek yogurt per plate. You can add salt and pepper to taste if you want.
