It takes about 290 kilocalories for 100 grams of breaded chicken. Knowing that, very often, the quantity of meat is more important in the Poke bowl. On the other hand, the rice used would also be lower-end than that initially selected by the Hawaiians, with less fiber and a higher glycemic index.
Salmon, a controversial ingredient…
Another ingredient targeted by critics: salmon!
