Preparation
- Cut the cabbage into 8 vertically. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the ginger and onions, cook for 3 minutes, then add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and soy sauce, cook for 6 minutes then immerse the pasta in it. Simmer for 4 minutes. Add the sliced chicken, the chilli rings and sprinkle with the cilantro. Serve immediately.
