1. Drink water
The skin is full of cells which are made up mostly of water. Drinking water therefore could help keep skin more hydrated and less prone to sagging.
2. Play sports
Exercise helps keep a nice breast by stimulating blood circulation. But, you have to be careful not to play sports without a sports bra comfortable. Breasts that are not supported enough during exercise are more likely to suffer damage to the breast tissue and ligaments.
3. Wear a good bra
A bra that is not the right size could lead to sagging breasts. Push-up bras are not recommended because they compress the breasts. The perfect bra would be one that has pads in the cup.
4. Avoid the yoyo effect of diets
Gaining and losing weight constantly stretches the skin and creates stretch marks. If the skin loses its elasticity, it may sag more easily. Yoyo diets cause the skin to lose its tone. To keep a beautiful breast, it is therefore necessary to keep in good shape and avoid the frequent fluctuation of weight.
5. Stop smoking
A study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal showed that smoking increases the risk of sagging breasts. Scientists don’t know why smoking is linked to a higher risk of sagging breasts. According to some theories, this is because tobacco breaks down elastin which is the protein fiber responsible for the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
