The classic pizza recipe
Ingredients
For the dough
- 250g of flour
- 15 cl of water at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. at s. olive oil
- 1 packet of instant baker’s yeast
- 1 C. c. fine salt
For garnish
- Plain tomato sauce
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Oregano
The recipe for 4 people
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast, pour on a work surface and dig a well in the middle. Add oil and water, knead to a smooth ball. Put in a salad bowl, leave to rest for 2 hours under a clean cloth.
- Quickly rework the dough, spread it using a rolling pin on the baking sheet covered with a sheet of baking paper.
- Cover with tomato sauce, slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 12-15 min at 240°C (th. 8).
The slimming pizza
Blend the cauliflower florets. Cook 7 min in the microwave, wring well. Add 1 egg, 2 tbsp. at s. grated cheese, oregano, salt, pepper. Spread on a baking sheet lined with oiled baking paper, bake for 20 minutes: here is a slimming dough! Garnish, bake 10 min.
Antioxidant-rich pizza
Add to the dough 1 to 2 tbsp. c. turmeric or mixed spinach leaves.

Prepare the dough with 125 g of integral flour (T150), 125 g oat bran, 1 tbsp. at s. of olive oil, salt, 1 sachet of baker’s yeast and 15 cl of water.
A recipe for gluten-free pizza dough
Make the dough with:
150 g rice flour, 50 g corn flour, 50 g cornflour, 2 tbsp. c. instant baker’s yeast, 2 tbsp. at s. of olive oil, salt and a little water. The dough should be soft.
