Preparation
- Cook the twists according to the package directions, drain and set aside. Wash the asparagus, cut their base and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes in gentle steam. They must remain “al dente”.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise (if they are large) and fry them, about 4 min per side. Let cool and cut them into thick slices. Wash the zucchini, slice them on an angle and quickly fry them in a pan, in a drizzle of olive oil.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Divide the pasta, vegetables and plum wedges between plates, add sliced chicken breasts, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with basil leaves.
