Preparation
- Cut a cross off the top of 4 tomatoes, boil them for 30 seconds, immerse them in ice water and peel them.
- Cut the tomatoes into 4 and mix them with 400 g of diced watermelon and a pinch of salt.
- Reserve 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve with ricotta, basil, a drizzle of olive oil and pepper.
