Manual
1. Adjust the length of the rope to match your height. To find the correct length, simply place one foot in the middle of the length of the rope and lift the handles upwards along the body. For a beginner or to be more comfortable, the handles must reach the level of the shoulder, for an expert practitioner, they can go lower at the level of the last ribs or the navel, for example.
2. Remove the plastic safety tab on the back of the handle by pulling on it and removing the plastic film on the LCD screen.

• There is no point in jumping high, contrary to what you might think. What matters is the speed of the passage of the rope

• For women, invest in a good sports bra
• If you are prone to back problems, herniated discs, recurrent tendonitis or heart problems, this sport is not the most suitable for you. Do not hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.
My training
Go gradually. The goal is not to exhaust you, nor to make you feel disgusted. At first, try to hold on for a minute without stopping, then two minutes, etc. Think about the recovery phases. Example: jump 2 times 2 minutes and take a 20-second break between 2 sets. Beginners are advised to “jump” only one day out of two. Increase the pace of the jumps and the duration as soon as you feel more comfortable. The goal to be reached? 15-minute sessions alternating 2 minutes of jumps and 10 seconds of recovery.
