By eating healthy you support your resistance and your body is better able to fight pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Have you started eating healthier to arm yourself against the coronavirus?
By eating according to the Wheel of Five you get all the good substances you need, such as minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fiber, according to the Nutrition Center. This will keep your resistance up. The higher your resistance, the less likely it is to get sick.
I eat healthier
You may be eating more consciously during the corona crisis than before. For example, you vary more with food, or make sure that you really get enough fruit and vegetables. You avoid unhealthy snacks more often.
I don’t eat healthier
Or you don’t eat healthier at all. For example, because you already ate healthy before the corona crisis, are not so afraid of becoming infected with the virus or find it very difficult to eat healthy.
