This year, 56 ASPTT clubs are opening their doors and offering you the opportunity to try out many sports, all as interesting and original as each other: from Nordic walking to combat sports, including precision sports, relaxation or cardio … There’s something for everyone! The ASPTT clubs will be happy to welcome you to help you discover new sensations. Friendly, sporty, free and open to all women… This event allows you to have fun while playing sports! Who says better ?
And for you to make the most of your sports session, children from 3 to 9 years old can be taken care of by ASPTT educators. So do not hesitate!

It is very simple. Register on the website lesportdonnedes saddles. All the activities offered by the clubs are presented there. You can also join the community at Facebook. Many are waiting for you!

Depending on the city, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and/or from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Who are they ?
The Sports Federation of ASPTT is 213 sports clubs throughout France and more than 200 sports activities. Come and discover their sports offer in the ASPTT club closest to you, and choose the sport or sports that suit you the most. They will be happy to welcome you!
