Homemade spread recipe without palm oil:
– Melt 50 g of dark chocolate and 70 g of milk chocolate broken into pieces with 20 cl of unsweetened condensed milk.
– Off the heat, add 50 g of agave syrup, then 100 g of hazelnut puree and ½ tsp. to c. of liquid vanilla extract.
– Mix vigorously, put in jars, store in the refrigerator.
