Preparation
- Rinse 500 g of physalis, dry them.
- In a saucepan, pour 15 cl of water and 500 g of granulated sugar.
- Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil.
- Add 10 cl of organic apple juice, the physalis and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Bring to a boil, cook over medium heat, skimming until the fruits are translucent.
- Pour into sterilized jars.
