1 ball of mozzarella

Preparation
- Cut the bell pepper into quarters, the spring onion into rings and the mozzarella into cubes.
- Take 4 pieces of aluminum foil of about 40 x 40 centimeters. Fold them in half. Place a quarter of the bell pepper in the center of each and place a quarter of the mozzarella on top. Place some spring onion rings on the mozzarella and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Divide 1 tomato over the mozzarella for all four parcels. Fold the parcels tightly and place them on the barbecue for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Transfer the contents of the aluminum foil to plates and serve immediately.
