Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (th. 5).
- Remove the first skins from the onions and cut them in a cross from the top, stopping before cutting them completely.
- Spread the incisions a little, salt and pepper the inside of the onions and pour a little olive oil on the top.
- Place the onions in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
- Brown the pine nuts in a dry pan, stirring frequently.
- Cut the meat into pieces. Put the pieces of meat, chopped parsley, pine nuts, salt and pepper in the bowl of a blender and blend for a few minutes.
- Pre-cook the stuffing in a pan in a little oil for a few minutes.
- Garnish each onion with this stuffing and return to the oven for about ten minutes.
- You can accompany these onions with round zucchini stuffed with the same preparation and baked for 20 minutes in the oven.
