Preparation
- Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Heat the agave syrup in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water, add the onions, salt and pepper. Cover and let stew for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly, until the onions are tender.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts into aiguillettes. Put the oat bran in a plate and pass the aiguillettes in it. Add salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan, brown the aiguillettes for about 8min, turning them regularly. Serve immediately with the onion compote.
Health tips
Chicken breast has a tight flesh, which promotes satiation. But here it is additionally adorned with an oat bran coating, ultra rich in fiber. Serve this dish with the onion compote, accompany it with a green salad.
