Preparation
- Sprinkle 4 chicken thighs with 2 Tbsp. to s. of paprika.
- Brown them in a casserole dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Discard the excess fat, brown 1 onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in place of the chicken.
- Place the thighs back in the casserole dish, add 400 g of crushed tomatoes and 40 cl of broth.
- Cover and cook for 50 minutes over low heat.
- Stir in 4 tbsp. to s. light cream off the heat.
- Serve with steamed potatoes and parsley.
