Control the quantities, give the keys
In all cases, whatever the desired weight loss, it is necessary to rebalance the amounts absorbed daily.
We can eat starchy foods at noon and in the evening, but rather reduce the quantity and not hesitate to choose legumes (lentils, split peas) which contain more fibers and help regulate blood sugar.
It is necessary to control the vegetable fat and to prefer rapeseed and walnut oils rich in Omega 3 or olive oil.
It is important to limit animal fats (butter, sour cream, cheese) and to drink enough water during (unless you have gastroesophageal reflux) and between meals.
