Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper.
- Cut the Mothais on the sheet into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, crushed walnuts and hazelnuts, squash seeds, salt, hazelnut oil and pieces of Mothais on the leaf.
- Pour onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes of cooking then mix and bake again for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, mix one last time and let cool completely.
- Store the granola in an airtight container.
- Peel and mince the onion. Brown it for a few minutes in the hazelnut oil.
- Peel and cut the pumpkin and carrots into pieces.
- Boil 1 liter of water with the chicken broth.
- Place the vegetables and onion in the saucepan, cover and cook for 30 minutes. After cooking, mix everything with a hand blender until a smooth and homogeneous soup is obtained.
- Season with pepper and pour the soup into 4 bowls with a drizzle of cream.
- Place a small amount of granola and crumble the Mothais on the sheet over the preparation. Taste.
