Internet criminals pretending to be PostNL try to get your bank details via a text message. The text message states that your package has been shipped and that you can track it via a link. Don’t click on it.
If you click on the link, you will be redirected to a page that states that you must first pay the shipping costs of 6.75 euros before you receive your package. Those who pay the costs leave their bank details with fraudsters. So don’t do this!
Several people are warning about the phishing trick on social media. The text message is sent from several unknown phone numbers. Watch out if you get a message from +31615541202 and from +31682003507.
Still paid the payment request? Contact your bank directly.
