Preparation
- Rinse the cucumber and tomatoes, cut them into thin slices and mix them with the basil, oil, lemon juice, a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and put them in the bowl of a blender with the water, oat bran, a little chilli, salt and pepper. Mix finely and form pancakes.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan and cook the croquettes for about 5 minutes on each side. Do this twice.
