No meat for a day
You probably didn’t even notice, but the above recipes are not only vegetarian, but even completely plant-based. The campaign #that’s another way of doing it wants to inspire the Dutch to make different eating choices more often. The starting point is a healthy, sustainable and varied diet. #zokanhetook therefore asks no one to opt for 100 percent plant-based, but wants to go back to the 50:50 balance of the 50s with regard to animal and vegetable proteins. Just as vegetable choices taste slightly different from animal choices, they also differ in composition and nutritional value. The nutritional values of plant products are never identical to those of animal products. That is precisely why variation (and inspiration) is so important.
