1 We do not do UV sessions in the cabin!
The risk of melanoma (skin cancer) is doubled by doing ten sessions per year! Artificial UV rays do not help make vitamin D!
2 We protect ourselves until the end of the holidays.
because the tan obtained does not protect the skin enough.
3 You reapply your sunscreen regularly.
At least every two hours and after each swim in the sea or in the pool.
4 We use new solar products.
Because the filters of those of the previous year are out of date and no longer protect the skin.
5 we protect ourselves as soon as we step outside
At the market, to garden, for a walk, to play sports … and not just to go to the beach!
6 we use protective makeup when we are in town
To opt for a tinted cream and powder, lip stick, all with SPF.
7 We boost our plate with foods rich in antioxidants
Favor foods rich in beta carotene, vitamins A, C and E and resveratrol, from spring.
8 We monitor the solar weather
The UV index is three times greater at 2 p.m. than at 10 a.m. So the risk of sunburn too …
9 We do not expose the little ones!
Before three years, no beach, no nap outside even under a parasol! We know today that sunburns caught in childhood are additional risk factors in the occurrence of skin cancer.
10 We do not confuse heat and UV …
UV radiation is present even when it is not very hot (in the mountains) and not very beautiful (overcast sky)!
