Ingredients

1 large onion

1 tbsp olive oil

6 garlic cloves

½ teaspoon ground peppers

1 teaspoon ground cumin (djinten)

1/2 bunch fresh coriander

2 courgettes

100 grams of shrimp

1 tablet chicken stock

pinch of salt
Preparation
- Saute the onion in the olive oil, then add the garlic, chillies, ground cumin, coriander and sliced courgettes. Let it sauté for a while and add 1 liter of water. Dissolve the stock cube and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Blend it with the immersion blender and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Divide the soup between 2 plates and serve the shrimp in the soup.
