Ingredients

250 grams of red fruit (frozen)

juice of 1 lemon

100 grams of low-fat yogurt

50 grams of low-fat cottage cheese

60 grams of sugar
Preparation
1. Let the fruit thaw. If you are using fresh fruit, wash the fruit, clean it and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Puree the fruits with the lemon juice to a puree. Reserve a few fruits to garnish.
3. Mix the yogurt with the quark and add the sugar. Stir until it becomes creamy. Add the fruit puree and stir gently. Do not stir for too long, you should still be able to see that they are two different mixtures.
4. Spoon the mixture into a bowl or container (suitable for freezing) and place in the freezer. Stir the ice regularly to prevent crystals. The ice cream is ready in about 6 hours.
5. Scoop the ice cream into bowls and garnish with the remaining fruit.
