Preparation
- Take 3 strips of zest from the lemon. Immerse them in a small saucepan of boiling water for 30 seconds, drain, repeat the operation with clean water and then drain again. Cut them into thin strips.
- Peel the apples and pears. Remove the heart and the seeds, cut them into small pieces and put them in a saucepan with a little water and the chopped lemon zest.
