Kohlrabi or turnip is the real seasoning in this bean dish.
Ingredients

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 kohlrabi or turnip

1 thin winter carrot

1 tablespoon oil

1 can diced tomatoes without salt

1 teaspoon provencal herbs

1 large can or jar of white beans

4 sprigs parsley

2 wholemeal sandwiches
Preparation
- Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop.
- Peel the kohlrabi thinly and cut into cubes.
- Clean the carrot and cut it into slices.
- Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic in it.
- Add the kohlrabi cubes and the carrot slices with the diced tomatoes and the Provencal herbs and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the white beans.
- Spoon the white beans through the vegetables and heat the dish well.
- Wash the parsley and finely chop the herb. Mix the parsley with the beans. Add the bread.
