1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1-2 winter carrots (about 400 grams)

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/4 vegetable stock tablet with less salt

1 thin leek

1 jar or small can of white beans

Preparation
- Clean the vegetables.
- Chop the onion and garlic small.
- Cut the carrot into slices.
- Fry the onion and garlic with the curry in the margarine until golden.
- Add the carrot slices, 250 milliliters of water and the stock cube and bring to the boil. Boil the vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Puree the mass with a stick blender or in a food processor.
- Clean the leek and cut it into thin rings.
- Drain the white beans and rinse them.
- Stir the leek rings and white beans into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the bread.
