With avocado, spring onions and watercress

400 grams green beans

2 spring onions

50 grams watercress

200 grams of chicken breast

½ avocado

1 tablespoon oil

1-2 teaspoons ground coriander (ketumbar)

Preparation
- Clean the green beans and break them once.
- Cut the spring onions into rings.
- Wash the watercress under running water and drain well.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and sprinkle with pepper.
- Boil the green beans in a little water for 6-8 minutes until just tender.
- Peel the skin off the avocado and cut the piece into thin slices.
- Drain the green beans and warm the avocado slices briefly on the green beans in the pan.
- Fry the chicken in the hot oil for 5 minutes until cooked and brown.
- Briefly fry the coriander and the spring onion rings.
- Divide the watercress between 2 plates and place the green beans with avocado and chicken on top.
- Drizzle some lemon juice over it.
