Delicious dessert
Chia seed pudding is so easy to make. Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt, wait a little while and your ‘pudding’ is ready.

- 300 grams raspberries (or strawberries, or a combination)
- 400 ml yogurt
- 100 ml buttermilk or kefir
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- a few leaves of mint
Prepare
- Clean the fruit, select some nice specimens. Keep these aside and puree the rest. Divide the fruit puree between 4 glasses.
- Mix the yogurt with the buttermilk, cinnamon and honey. Stir in the chia seeds. Pour the yogurt over the fruit puree.
- Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with the reserved fruit and a mint leaf.
Tip: you can also make this with plant-based yogurt/milk replacements and it’s also great for breakfast.
