Ingredients

500 grams of winter carrot

25 grams of butter

3 cloves of garlic

1 vegetable stock tablet

150 ml cream

a few drops of tabasco

chives

necessities: blender or stick blender
Preparation
- Clean the carrots and cut them into pieces. Heat the butter in a stockpot and fry the carrots for 5 minutes until soft. Peel the garlic and squeeze it over the pan.
- Add the vegetable stock tablet and 500 ml water and cook the soup over a low heat for about 20 minutes until the carrots are soft.
- Puree the soup in a blender or with an immersion blender. Stir the cream into the soup.
- Season the soup with pepper and Tabasco.
- Finely chop the chives. Garnish the soup with chives.
