Preparation
Step 1: Put the bulgur with twice as much boiling water in a bowl.
Step 2: Cover the bulgur with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Or cook the bulgur in a pan, you also add twice as much water.
Step 4: Leave the lid on the pan and let the bulgur simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and wait another 5 to 10 minutes before stirring the bulgur.
Step 6: Spoon with some pepper, salt and/or olive oil.
