Preparation
- Peel the turmeric and the ginger, grate them finely. Separate the cauliflower into florets.
- Cut the celery stalks into sections. Blanch everything as well as the peas, 10 min. in salted boiling water. Drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the peeled and minced onion then add the turmeric, ginger and pepper.
- Mix over high heat, add the coconut milk and the previously scalded lemon zest.
- Drain the chickpeas and rinse them.
- Add the blanched vegetables and the chickpeas to the pan, then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Serve with basmati rice or with green vegetables for a super slimming version.
