120 grams of frisee, lollo rossa and/or lollo biondo lettuce

200 grams sliced turkey ham

4 tablespoons piccalilli

4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
Preparation
Wash the lettuce and shake it dry well. Tear the leaves smaller. Divide the lettuce between 4 plates, so that there is a bed of lettuce on each plate. Place the turkey ham slices on top. Mix the piccalilli and yogurt well. Pour the sauce over the turkey ham.
