Preparation
- Rinse and gently dry all the fruits. Cut the cherries in half, remove the stones, peel the kiwis and cut them into slices. Detach the grapes, hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Finally, dig balls into the flesh of the apples (or dice them).
- Mix all the fruits in a bowl and add mint leaves.
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and soy milk. Pour a few spoons of soy sauce over the fruit salad and serve the rest on the side.
Health tips
Depurative and slightly laxative, cherries are known to detoxify the urinary tract as well as the joints. Grapes, for their part, have an alkalizing action, which eliminates acid deposits responsible for pain, especially rheumatic pain. As for the soy sauce, it replaces the traditional Chantilly, all for 0% cholesterol!
