400 grams stir-fry beef style from Tivall

3 leeks 600 grams

300 grams mushrooms

2 tablespoons oil

1 clove of garlic

2 dl warm vegetable stock

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon mild curry powder

300 grams of rice/tarly/pasta
Preparation
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the beef style strips over high heat, add leek rings and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, stock and soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with pepper and curry powder. Serve with tarly, rice or pasta.
