The basis is to take care of the scalp. For the hair to be strong and vigorous, it must take root in a healthy environment.
1-Make a scrub
The scalp may be suffocated by the frequent use of dry shampoo and styling products. If the shampoo is done quickly, it can also be the cause, since it does not allow you to clean the scalp.
So take the time to massage the scrub well at the root, to eliminate dead cells, excess sebum, impurities and dandruff, and revive the microcirculation. We then leave apply a mask adapted to the type of hair, to preserve the lengths of the excessively stripping effect of the scrub.
When the hair is colored, we scrub once a month, no more, followed by a re-pigmentation treatment.
2-Massage the scalp
Not easy to massage yourself alone. So we invest in a massage brush provided with small flexible pins. It is used immediately after applying the shampoo. The idea is to make fairly slow circular movements all over the head, to massage the scalp (and not just rub it), in order to loosen impurities, sebum, relax tightness and restart microcirculation. The shampoo is then rinsed off.
The brush can also be used when applying an anti-hair loss treatment.
3-Think about micronutrients
It strengthens the integuments (hair and nails), by making a course of targeted food supplements: zinc, selenium and vitamin B6.
When we do a detox day (broths, soups, vegetable juice to drain), we lighten the organs, liver, skin, kidneys, and we boost the functions of the body, and therefore hair growth.
4-Change your hair routine
What if you didn’t use the right products for your hair and scalp? This is often the case when the hair is thin. We must then try other formulas. We avoid sulphates, which are often aggressive for the fiber and the scalp. Products containing silicones can also suffocate the hair in the blink of an eye. And when we apply a mask, we take care not to touch the root, leaving at least 5 centimeters of hair between the scalp (scalp) and the treatment.
